Style Synergy Studio – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a product, booking a consultation, or using any services provided by Style Synergy Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Terms

1.1. Style Synergy Studio provides personalised colour analysis, styling, image consulting, hair and makeup recommendations, wardrobe styling services, and digital educational resources.

​

1.2. All services are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered professional medical, dermatological, cosmetic, psychological, or financial advice.

 

1.3. By booking a service, you confirm that all information and photographs submitted are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

 

1.4. We reserve the right to refuse service where appropriate, including situations involving abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour.

2. Online Colour Analysis Consultations

2.1 Appointment Attendance

Clients are responsible for attending appointments at the scheduled time.​

​

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the consultation may be cancelled at Style Synergy Studio's discretion.

​

No refunds will be issued for missed appointments.

 

2.2 No Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice will be treated as a no-show.

 

No-show appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

A new booking fee will be required to schedule another appointment.

 

2.3 Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

 

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment cannot be guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

​

Only one complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking.

​

Additional rescheduling requests may incur an administration fee.

​

2.4 Technical Issues

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • A stable internet connection

  • Access to Microsoft Teams or any specified meeting platform

  • Appropriate lighting and equipment

 

If technical issues arise on the client’s side that prevent the consultation from taking place, the appointment may be considered completed or forfeited.

3. In-Person Colour Analysis Consultations

3.1 Arrival Time

Clients should arrive on time for their appointment.

 

Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation.

​

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment.

​

3.2 Health & Safety

Clients agree to follow any health, safety, or studio policies communicated before or during the appointment.

​

4. Digital Products

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Digital Colour Wallets

  • Seasonal Makeup Guides

  • Hair Colour Guides

  • Downloadable Educational Resources

 

4.1 Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or emailed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations can be provided.

 

4.2 Personal Use Only

Digital products are licensed for personal use only.

Clients may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Redistribute

  • Resell

  • Share

  • Publish

 

any digital products without written permission.

5. Glow Up Edits, Hair & Makeup Edits & Personalised Guides

5.1 Personalised Nature of Services

Glow Up Edits, Hair Edits, Makeup Edits, and personalised styling guides are bespoke services created specifically for each client.

 

Work begins shortly after purchase.

​

5.2 Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of these services, all purchases are non-refundable once work has commenced.

 

5.3 Revisions

Minor corrections relating to factual errors may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Style Synergy Studio reserves the right to determine what constitutes a reasonable revision request.

 

Requests for entirely new recommendations or substantial changes may require the purchase of an updated service.

 

5.4 Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only.

 

Delays may occasionally occur due to workload, illness, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Virtual Wardrobe Styling Services

6.1 Client Participation

 

Clients must provide accurate information regarding:

  • Sizes

  • Budget

  • Lifestyle requirements

  • Preferences

Recommendations are based on information supplied by the client.

 

6.2 Product Availability

Retail products recommended may become unavailable, discontinued, or change in price after recommendations have been provided.

 

Style Synergy Studio cannot guarantee ongoing availability of any suggested items.

 

6.3 Returns

Clients remain responsible for checking retailer return policies and making any returns directly with the retailer.

7. Photography Requirements

Many services rely on photographs submitted by clients.

 

Clients agree to provide clear photographs that follow the instructions supplied.

Poor quality photographs may affect the accuracy of recommendations.

​

Style Synergy Studio reserves the right to request replacement photographs where necessary.

Delays caused by missing or unsuitable photographs may impact delivery times.

​

8. Results Disclaimer

Colour analysis, styling, wardrobe recommendations, hair suggestions, and makeup recommendations are professional opinions based on training, experience, and the information provided by the client.

​

Results and personal preferences may vary.

​

No guarantee is made regarding specific outcomes, appearance changes, confidence improvements, shopping results, or personal satisfaction.

9. Refund Policy

9.1 Services

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed consultations

  • Missed appointments

  • No-shows

  • Personalised styling services

  • Glow Up Edits

  • Hair & Makeup Edits

  • Wardrobe Styling Services

 

9.2 Digital Products

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

 

9.3 Exceptional Circumstances

Any refund granted outside of these terms is entirely at the discretion of Style Synergy Studio and does not create a future obligation.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Style Synergy Studio remain the intellectual property of Style Synergy Studio.

​

This includes:

  • Consultation guides

  • Colour palettes

  • Colour wallets

  • Hair recommendations

  • Makeup recommendations

  • Wardrobe recommendations

  • PDFs

  • Graphics

  • Educational materials

 

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit any materials without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Style Synergy Studio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses

  • Consequential losses

  • Loss of income

  • Loss of opportunity

  • Dissatisfaction with styling outcomes

  • Purchases made following recommendations

 

The total liability of Style Synergy Studio shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

​

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

 

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
